We recruit Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) from countries approved by the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore (MOM) such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, India, and Cambodia.
We train these MDWs in their respective countries and when they are ready, we match them with suitable families and bring them to Singapore.
We will assist employers in their MDW selection process by giving honest feedback and advice, arrange interviews through phone or video calls, arrange all the documentation, and apply work permit for the selected MDW.
We will pick up the MDW on her arrival date, bring her for a pre-employment medical check-up, send her for SIP (Settling-In Programme), and finally arrange for her thumb printing to be done.
We provide counseling and if necessary re-training to MDWs who have difficulty fitting into the Singapore culture or the employer’s household. |
