| To talk about ENIK is to define the values of her agency. Born in Surabaya Indonesia, the only child in the family of a Government official, her parentage and upbringing inculcated in her, simplicity, integrity and discipline. Although she had always wanted to be a doctor circumstances decided otherwise and she came to Singapore at the age of 19 to pursue her education in British Council, Singapore Polytechnic, PSB Academy and her bachelor degree in Business management from the Edinburgh Napier University.
Time management and diligence kept her working while studying in the early years and her need to serve others brought her to Roland Employment Agency where she has served for more than 20 years - the doctor-like qualities in her surfacing as empathy and understanding of human beings - the old, the young and those in need of help. Enik is passionate about helping foreign domestic helpers from all countries to ensure their stay in Singapore is safe and brings them success.
Enik is particular that her resources achieve high standards of proficiency to deliver the best of service to customers and improve not only their own skill while working but to also create job opportunities for others when they return back home.
